Paper production from lime

Paper production from lime is a very new technology that has not been introduced for a long time and is currently produced and consumed in countries such as Canada, China, Taiwan and Iran.
To turn rock into paper, limestone must be pulverized and the available calcium carbonate extracted. It is then combined with 80% calcium carbonate with 15% high-density polyethylene and 5% other additives. Press and pull the mixture to obtain a sheet of paper from the granules.
The paper obtained from this method can be in different thicknesses and can be packaged in sheets or rolls for different uses.
The biggest advantage of producing paper from stone is preserving the trees, and also due to the whiteness of the granular material produced, there is no need to use acid and complementary colors to whiten the paper.
Also, the recycling process of this type of paper has a high recycling percentage and will not have the risks of waste left over from ordinary paper.
